33We’ve launched Ripped & Reading to create a fun, pleasurable, escapist community on Facebook that is free of real-life drama. All insults, backstabbing, flipping over tables, etc. are reserved for our imaginary friends in books, TV, and movies.
With that in mind, here are the community rules. Break them?once, and you’ll get a warning. After that, buh-bye. Be well… just someplace else.
- Have fun, always. Ripped & Reading is about the joys and pleasures of imagination and life.
- Have your drink in hand. We are believers in the therapy provided by tea, coffee, wine, and cocktails.
- No nudity. Not that there’s anything wrong with that. Just not in the group.
- No self-promotion or posting links to your page, group, or website. Message me if you want me to review your book or personal creation: kris {at} rippedandreading.com. Otherwise, your MLM, psychic medium business, or mail-order cupcake service — cool as it may be — is for your own page or group.
- Don?t be shitty. You know what that means. Be kind, respectful, and remember we’re all just trying to get through the day with a little love and joy.
- Don?t block the admins. This is the one exception to getting a warning. Blocking admins is grounds for immediate removal from the group.
